How well does a spoof (toilet paper roll stuffed with dryer sheets) mask the smell of cigarettes?
Doubtful that it would work, since cigarette smoke is a different beast than marijuana smoke, which is what that technique is usually used for.
Also don't forget that the reason that marijuana smoke is done that way is because marijuana is illegal in the United States. On the other hand, cigarette smoking is legal if you're over 18, and so you can just go outside and let the smoke disperse that way.
