Cats fighting, serious problem!?

My two cats hate each others' guts. They are both females between the ages of 2 and 3. We've had one for about three years (Zee-zee) and the new one we've had for approximately three months (Tsuki).
We've tried many methods of introducing them to each other, but nothing will work. Tsuki, the newer cat, is the more dominant feline and attacks Zee-zee. Just now they got into a bad fight and Tsuki clawed Zee-zee's eye. We think it might be bleeding.
This is serious, and we're fed up with dealing with this. We can't give Tsuki back to the adoption agency as it just closed down, and the other one in town is full up. Plus, I couldn't stand to give a pet away, no matter how agressive.
Please help! Is there anything we can do?

If they fight put them in a cage and then take them out. If they start fighting again, just put them in the cage again. Do that until they start figuring out that its either no fighting or cage.
