exfoliated everyday for months ..now have a red face what do i do..?

i know this is bad i have been exfoliating everyday for like 3 moths now with this modern friction stuff i bought at origins. umm i finally found out that it was making my skin all red and blochy and i suffer from acne a little now but not as much as before caz now im drinking this red clover tea and it has really helped my acne alot...but now i just have a red and inflamed face what should i do and how long do you think it will take for my face to heal. it dosent hurt its just red do you think exfoliating is what caused it...?? thanks so much oh and ya im gonna stick to a soft gentle makup remover and exfoliate 2 times a week and not everday..is that good?

Hello exfoliating everyday is ont good for you as its using a facial scrub. You should only exfoliate once or twice a week and use a facial wash or cleaner and toner everyday hope this helps xxx
