What are some good, but not too expensive, tanning lotions?

What is the difference between bronzers and accelators? Can you give me some ideas without hemp? Why do they have hemp in them anyway.
I need some expert tanners out there to give me some tips, just paid for 3 months of tanning. Thanks.

Lotions with accelerators don't contain bronzers, and vice verse. Accelerators are generally used on beginner tanners, and helps nourish and develop tan. It doesn't increase your tan by a lot, but it does do it in a more immediate form. Accelerators are good for building your base tan.

Bronzers are for the more advanced tanner, and also helps nourish and develop your tan. If you tan with a bronzing lotion, you should wait a few hours after tanning before showering. The bronzers need to penetrate your skin, while helps develop color. Bronzers give you a deeper and darker color, but it takes a little bit more time to develop.

In order to achieve your best color, you should really look into the different beds that your salon offers. They usually have low, medium, and high pressure beds to choose from. You should alternate between these beds. They help build your base tan, and then increase and maintain your color.

Swedish Beauty, Australian Gold, California Tan, Millenium, or Designer Skin are all great brands to use.

I have been tanning for many years and would recommend:
Henna Sent by Swedish Beauty
Majesty by Designer Skin
Black by Designer Skin (Has 20 times the bronzers than other lotions)
Paint It Black by Millenium (Has 60 times the bronzers than other lotions)

If you want to get a dark color, I would definitely reccommend Paint It Black. Also, you should purchase it off of Ebay. Most salons sell their lotions from 45-80 dollars. You can find almost all lotions for half of the price on Ebay. Paint It Black usually goes for 60 dollars, but I paid about 25.
