Gentle Cleansing

Can anyone recommend a liver cleansing regime that does not involve epsom salt, something gentle as my?

system is very sensitive- I once tried grapefruit juice and olive oil and it was a little rough, I was up all night with bad anxiety- I"m tyring to cure my anxiety, so I need something that works gently! thanks so much!
