Best moisturizer for weird skin?

I am 24, and I have very sensitive, very fair facial skin. I have always had moderate acne, but now my skin is starting to show the first signs of aging. I know it is because it is not always well-moisturized due to benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, etc to treat my blemishes. In addition, I am allergic to most sunscreen formulations, including those added to moisturizers.
What is a good, deep moisturizer for my skin, that will plump it up and protect it from aging? - Knowing that:
oils make it break out
salicylic acid etc irritates it
