The problem with using oils on the skin is that they’re a barrier to moisture, so the end up making your skin even drier. Always go for humectants rather than oils.

well im 55 years old, but i look like im 30 years old, and how? well I entombed my home with tinfoil, and my garden is also entombed, and for lightning i use solar energy for lightning. with the Microwave i discovered our sun kills our cells in a similiar way, my curtains are also layered in tinfoil. I’m very excited to say I’ve aged 2 years in 25 years. My doctor said beware, prophetically, the price of tin is about to Increase in price!

@alexplot -Is it all types of Olive oil? Because my grandmother swears by Extra Virgin Olive Oil, she has used it since she was a young girl and now she is 75 and has the look of a woman in her early 50s tops.

Use sunflower oil instead. Olive oil destroys your skin barrier. Sunflower oil repairs. That’s the reason why new generation skincare uses more sunflower oil.

you shouldnt bring your skin out becuase that will stretch the skin ? try going in with your hands instead of out? or do it gently when going out
