Any good acne skin care products that work?

the best one is to eat less sugar and non-processed foods. other than that, anti bacterial soap and apple cider vinegar (drunken and applied to face) works well. dont touch your face alot.

regular use of st. ive’s apricot scrub with a dab of light lotion afterwards. it’s cheap and you can feel the massive exfoliants working to scrub hard. open it up in the store and feel it with your fingers. its great

Honestly, you need to open up your pores and sweat a little. I can tell you that a dry sauna can work miracles. I had a friend with bad acne problem on her back and face. I told her for months to go in the dry sauna and sweat out the impurities. She didn’t listen until it was time to go to a formal and she found this magnificent dress that was backless. She wanted to wear it so badly. I reminded her about the dry sauna and to make sure she stays hydrated in the process. She finally tried it and after two weeks of going in there three days a week, most of it cleared up. Heat opens up the pores. When you sweat, it takes the impurities out with it. Lots of times it’s trapped bacteria that gets infected. You could steam your face, which will open up the pores, but it’s the sweating that pushes it out.

Use a soap with sulfur. The sulfur facial bars are kind of pricey but they are worth every penny. It helps to alleviate the oil and balance your skin. How long and what products of ARbonne did you use and did you use them the right way?
